In the same vein as yesterday's post about my antique trunk, today's collection consists of two old suitcases and one antique doll trunk: vintage luggage. Practical as well as decorative, I use my old luggage to not only add charm to my home, but I can keep stuff in them too!
In my house, I pile these three together. On top sits some dolls. During Christmas, I often open up the cute red doll trunk, and fill it with vintage toys, to give it a fun,
'Santa's Workshop' kind of feel.
I admit, I added some reproduction travel labels to my suitcases many years ago, to give them some added character. I think they look cute, even if they aren't really as old as the suitcases themselves.
